Yoga: The yoga practise exists since IIIrd Millennium before Christ and is part of one of the six Indian āstika philosophy schools. It is also a discipline aiming through meditation, moral asceticism and physical excercises to achieve the unification of human beings in its physical and spiritual aspects. Pilates: is a system of physical exercises developed in the beginning of the XXth century by Joseph Pilates. Also called Contrology, in referrals to the way it encourages the use of the spirit to control the muscles. It is a programme that wants to even the muscles in the body by focusing on the major muscles involved in the balance of the body and maintenance of the spine. In this method, we try to strengthen weak muscles and release the ones that are too strong. By doing so, we also pay a lot of attention to the breathing while executing the movements, as well as getting a proper alignment of the column.

Aerobics: Aerobics is a physical training that allows you to increase your stamina. Many people practise aerobic on a regular basis; witch brings oxygen and strengthens their body. By practising this sport, you will be able to perform more physical activities and develop a better stamina. In addition, it allows the oxidation of sugars and lipids.

Step: Step classes are very interactive; it combines the useful to the fun for you to keep and get in shape. In this class you will be able to loose weight, work out the gluteus-abdominals areas and reshape your body.

Boot camp: exercises are modeled on military training methods. Muscle building, pumps and abdominals by hundreds, intensive cardiovascular exercises, this allows toning the body and getting more muscular very quickly. The first objective is to work the physical condition; we also learn how to develop a certain mental and spiritual balance.

Gluteus abdominals: series of exercises aiming to work the muscles and the tone the abdominals and gluts.
Spinning: Spinning classes focus on building stamina and is done on a stationary bike accompanied by music. The athletes change rhythm and speed according to the instructions of their teacher. This sport is a good way to develop cardiovascular and endurance in a stimulating way.

Zumba: Originally, zumba started in Columbia in the mid 90's and then got very popular in North America. This type of training combines different techniques like aerobics, boot-camp to latin dance mouvements like salsa and meringue. A very intense workout, that will make you work your coordination, musicality, cardio, stamina, memory while your are having fun and enjoying yourself. Give it a try!
